Tour Itinerary

Day 1:Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park.

Early morning pick up from your hotel or Airport then depart for Lake Nakuru National Park; Enjoy a game drives en route to the Lodge or camp. Arrive good time for lunch as well as check in. Afternoon game drive takes you to the lake shore to view Flamingoes and pelicans also spot White/Black Rhinos, Rothschild Giraffe, Water-bucks and other kinds of African wildlife. The Lake Forest attracts a wide variety of birds. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Flamingo Hill Tented Camp (Lunch & Dinner).

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park- Nairobi.

Early morning game drives. Return to lodge for breakfast and check-out from your rooms. Then depart for Nairobi with lunch at Naivasha. Arrive Nairobi in the late afternoon and drop off at your respective Hotel or Airport, (Breakfast & Lunch).

The Tour Includes

• Transport by either Safari VAN or a 4×4 Landcruiser as per your choice.
• All applicable game Park Entrance fees.
• 1 Nights’ accommodation as indicated in the itinerary.
• Four meals (1 Breakfast, 2 lunches & 1 Dinner).
• Airport picks up on arrival in Nairobi if required.
• Professional Safari Guide/Driver.
• Guaranteed departures for two or more passengers booking this safari.
• Round trip transport from Nairobi to the designated National Park.
• Pre–tour itinerary document.
• Extensive and unlimited Game drives.
• Excursions & activities as stated in the itinerary.
• Bottled drinking water while on board our safari Van/Jeep while on safari.
• All Government taxes and levies.

The Tour Excludes

• Pre and post- tour accommodation which can be arranged on request.
• The cost of obtaining visa for Kenya.
• Personal Taxes.
• Drinks like sodas, water, beer and wines at the hotels and lodges.
• Gratuity for the driver guide, porters and waiter.
• Laundry costs, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.
• International flights.
• Optional excursions like a boat ride at Lake Naivasha.

Tour Cost

Note: The tour is based on the stated lodges / Camp. You may request for other quotation based on other lodges of your choice.

The cost may change if influenced by increment of park entrance fees, Government taxes.

Payment Policy

Booking fee: 30% within 7 days after confirmation of the booking.
Balance and full payments to be paid 25 days prior to safari starting date.
Booking confirmed within 25 days to the tour starting date should be paid in full.

Ashford Tours is not liable for the progress of any booking in case of non-compliance of the above payment conditions. We recommend that you secure your booking with a deposit of 30% of the tour fees within 7 days of confirmation. The balance of payment is due 25 days prior to the tour starting date. Upon receipt of full payment, Ashford Tours will issue all relevant travel documents.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee will apply. A cancellation is only possible if communicated in written form. If you cancel a trip:

• At any time but over 45 days after your booking has been confirmed Ashford Tours and Travel retains 5% non-refundable deposit as administration costs on all services booked with us. We advise you to sign cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees.

• Any monies paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses and administrative costs as indicated here below;

• If you leave a tour for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
